How long are these Black Friday/Cyber Monday offers available?
Black Friday and Cyber Monday pricing is available for a limited time. Once the window closes, packages return to full price.
Are the services refundable?
All sales are final. Because these are strategic and creative services that require time, expertise, and preparation, we do not offer refunds.
Is payment required upfront?
For all bundles, a 33% deposit is required to book. For most individual services, a 50% deposit is required. This reserves your spot and allows us to begin onboarding and preparation.
Do you offer payment plans?
All bundles and most individual services offer flexible payment options upon written request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and offer flexible payment plans for larger packages.
What happens after I purchase a package?
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your onboarding link to schedule your call. (should they expect access to the client portal within the 24 hours after purchase?)
Within 24 hours, you'll receive a welcome email to schedule your onboarding call, onboarding form, and review next steps.
What if I don’t have all my brand assets or content ready yet?
We clarify your goals, confirm your service scope, gather essential information, review expectations, and outline next steps so everyone is fully aligned.
What materials do I need to provide?
Depending on your service, we may request brand assets, platform access, questionnaires, previous materials, analytics, or content examples. You’ll receive a checklist after onboarding.
What if I don’t have all my brand assets or content ready yet?
No problem. We guide you through building a strong foundation, even if you're missing brand assets, messaging, or strategy.
